After a career spanning over forty years in national security, politics and international finance, WH "Bill" Wisecarver has written the Resurrection Saga. The novels arepolitical thrillers based on actual events ripped from today's headlines.

Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, his experience spans both the private and public sector. A former US Marine and TOPGUN graduate, Wisecarver served as a national security advisor and Counsel for the Senate Armed Services Committee. An attorney and financier, he has over twenty years experience in international business.

In addition to writing, Bill continues to provide counsel on constitutional, national security and economic issues.

He is the recipient of numerous military honors and distinctions and has published several works on national security topics.

Wisecarver's third book in the Resurrection Saga: Twilight of Empire was released July 2021.

“Resurrection an American Journey” is a provocative philosophical read that requires thinking and analysis. While I initially had some difficulty following the plot, soon things started falling into place and making sense, and I started to slowly connect the dots.

This book touches on so many subjects relevant to today, including philosophy, economy, politics, war and religion and it forces the reader to take a deeper look and develop a new understanding for each of these subjects.

One of the most fascinating themes within this book is the concept of Have’s v. Have Not’s and how a small but a powerful group is able to manipulate the larger group in upholding the status-quo.

The author WH WiseCarver does a brilliant job of developing memorable characters, some like Mickslaw who we love to hate, and others like Danzig a proud, dignified Captain who refuses to compromise his principles even under the most difficult circumstance.

“Resurrection an American Journey” is not an easy beach read, but it’s clever, fast paced and will make you pause and question the status quo. A very rewarding read I recommend to anyone who is not afraid to dig deep, and find new meaning within older concepts.

Resurrection: An American Journey is the second fascinating entry in the Resurrection Trilogy by WH Wisecarver. The author raises the stakes and raises the level of conflict. In the first part of this trilogy, Kirk Danner and a select team of winners are engaged in a deadly game of control, a war against the secret group known simply as The Order. In the second book of the trilogy, a twenty-seven-year-old math genius, Leila Freyan, begins to wonder if reality isn’t different from what meets the eye. Her fear that Kirk Danner has secrets -- perhaps deadly secrets -- is confirmed when she receives a note from him with an invitation to trust her guts, a note with intriguing and lethal omens. She knows The Order is about to hurt her world in unimaginable ways, and she is set for battle, but are her skills enough to defeat this old and powerful enemy?

Resurrection: An American Journey starts with a bang and ends with a very high note. The reader is immediately drawn into a powerful setting, the intellectual depth of the writing, and the all-absorbing imagery that is reminiscent of the current American political landscape. If you like History, conspiracy theories and a little bit of fantasy this is a good read.

Wisecarver weaves a tale of history, conspiracy and fantasy artfully into a tapestry that tells a terrifying story. Some of his analogies and "theories" hit a bit too close to the truth and really make you think. This is not a beach read or some quick mind candy fluff, this is a book that makes you think. Think about the world we live in, the way governments are run and how we allow what we allow to happen. It may be science fiction but it has a very well thought out thread of truth running through it. The characters are well developed and the writing draws you in.
